Dena has been a client since 2017. She drives her own traffic, a card after a showing or a link in a text, and this is the page that has to close the loop. It loads instantly and puts twenty years of five-star reviews where a nervous buyer will see them. This year I rebuilt it so it also turns up in searches and the AI assistants people ask before they call an agent.

What does the featured offer cost?

Google review automation is $297 per month. The $1,497 setup fee is currently waived for new clients, so $0 is due at the start. That waiver is forgiven, not a balance collected later.

What is included in review automation?

We help you ask real customers for a Google review after the job, send polite reminders when they have not reviewed yet, and reply to the reviews that come in. If you do not have a Google Business Profile, we help you set one up. We do not add a second profile if you already have one.

Do I need a Google Business Profile first?

No. If a profile is missing, setup is part of getting the review workflow running. If you already have one, we use that profile.

What happens on the walkthrough?

A short call or email thread. We look at how you currently ask for reviews, what customer records you can use, and whether the monthly plan is a fit. You can also ask about sites, SEO, or Voice AI on the same call.

What else do you do besides reviews?

Just Develop is an agency. Alongside reputation management we build and maintain sites, do local SEO, and set up Voice AI for shops that need the phone answered. Review automation is the offer we usually start with.

Will this get me more Google reviews?

We help you ask consistently and reply when reviews arrive. We do not guarantee a review count, a ranking, or more revenue. Results depend on completed jobs, the customer records you can use, and what people choose to write.
